Shipping and Returns
Delivery
Flowerail orders are shipped to countries that are selectable as a delivery region at checkout.
When placing an order, available delivery methods, delivery cost, and, if possible, estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. Delivery time depends on the destination country, selected delivery method, and order assembly.
After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase. If the order has been handed over to a transport partner, an additional notification or tracking information will be sent to the customer if possible.
Please ensure that the contact details, phone number, email address, and delivery address provided are correct before completing the purchase.
Delivery Time
The usual delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected delivery method.
The estimated delivery time will be displayed when placing the order, if possible, or communicated to the customer after order confirmation.
Flowerail is a technical product assembled based on measurements. If the order assembly takes longer than usual, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Receiving Goods
Upon receipt of the goods, please check the condition of the packaging.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend taking photos of the package before opening it.
If the product has been damaged during transport, please inform us as soon as possible via email at info@flowerail.com and include photos of the packaging and the product if possible.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made from the e-shop within 14 days from receiving the goods. The consumer does not need to justify the withdrawal.
To withdraw, an unambiguous declaration of withdrawal must be sent to the email address info@flowerail.com.
In the declaration, please include:
• order number;
• buyer's name;
• contact details;
• product to be returned;
• reason for return, if the customer wishes to include it.
The product must be returned no later than 14 days after submitting the declaration of withdrawal.
Order Assembled Based on Measurements
Flowerail is a technical product whose suitability depends on the measurements entered by the customer and the selected model. Please ensure before completing the purchase that measurements B, C, and D have been taken according to the measurement guide.
Flowerail's standard models are S, M, L, Mini S, Mini M, and Mini L. When assembling the order, the measurements entered by the customer are used, but the product is not automatically a unique custom-made item for the customer.
Therefore, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies to Flowerail's standard models, provided the product is unused, undamaged, complete, and in a condition suitable for return.
If, in the future, special solutions made to the customer's individual measurements or permanently customized are offered, the return conditions for these products may differ. In such cases, relevant information will be displayed before completing the purchase.
Goods to be Returned
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, complete, and, if possible, in their original packaging.
The customer has the right to inspect the product in a manner necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the product has been used more than necessary for normal inspection or if the product is damaged, the seller may have the right to reduce the refunded amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
Cost of Return
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, except if the reason for return is incorrect, defective, or damaged goods.
For international returns, the return cost depends on the customer's country of location and the chosen return method.
If the customer received an incorrect or defective product, the seller will arrange a solution according to the rights and obligations arising from the law.
Refund
We will refund the amount paid for the goods to the same payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.
The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have reached the seller or the customer has provided proof of returning the goods.
If the customer chose a more expensive delivery method than usual for the order, the seller is not obliged to compensate for additional costs exceeding the cost of the usual cheapest delivery method.
Defective Goods
If a defect appears in the product, please contact us via email at info@flowerail.com.
Describe the problem and include photos if possible. If the defect is due to a manufacturing error or transport damage, we will resolve the situation according to the rights and obligations arising from the law.
