General Terms and Conditions

These terms of sale apply to the purchase of products from the flowerail.com online store.

The owner of the online store is Tasebo OÜ.

By making a purchase from the online store, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of sale, delivery, and return conditions.

The online store reserves the right to change the terms of sale. Changes will be published on the flowerail.com website and will apply to orders placed from the date of publication.

Products and Prices

Prices displayed in the online store are in euros.

The product price and possible delivery costs are displayed to the customer before confirming the order.

The online store reserves the right to change product prices and availability. If the price or availability changes after the order has been placed but before the order is confirmed or fulfilled, the seller will contact the customer.

If the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.


Choosing a Flowerail Model

Flowerail is a technical product whose suitability depends on the dimensions of the window and the sill.

Before placing an order, the customer must check that the Flowerail is suitable for their window and enter the required measurements when placing the order.

Standard Flowerail models are:

• S;
• M;
• L;
• Mini S;
• Mini M;
• Mini L.

The model selection is based on dimension B, which is the dimension of the load-bearing part of the sill.

Dimensions B and C are entered in centimeters. Dimension D is entered in millimeters.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered measurements. If the customer enters incorrect measurements or chooses a model that does not match the measurements, the product may not be suitable for the specific window.

The measurement checker in the online store helps verify the model's suitability, but the customer must take measurements according to the measuring guide and ensure their accuracy before confirming the order.


Order Assembled Based on Measurements

A Flowerail order is assembled based on the measurements entered by the customer and the chosen model.

When ordering standard Flowerail models, the product is not automatically an item custom-made specifically for the customer.

Therefore, standard Flowerail models are subject to the usual 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the product is unused, undamaged, complete, and in a suitable condition for return.

If, in the future, special solutions made to the customer's individual measurements or permanently customized are offered, the return conditions for these products may differ. In such cases, relevant information will be displayed before purchase.


Placing an Order

To place an order, select the appropriate product and model, enter the required measurements, and add the product to the shopping cart.

To confirm the order, fill in the required details at checkout, choose the delivery method and payment method, and confirm the purchase.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact details, delivery address, phone number, and email address provided when placing the order are correct.

After placing the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during the purchase process.


Payment Methods

Payments in the online store can be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment is made in euros.

The order will be processed after payment is received or after confirmation from the payment service provider.


Delivery

Flowerail orders are shipped to countries selectable as delivery regions at checkout.

Delivery methods, delivery cost, and, if possible, the estimated delivery time are displayed to the customer when placing the order.

Delivery time depends on the destination country, selected delivery method, and order assembly.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods from the e-shop within 14 days from receiving the goods.

To withdraw, an unambiguous withdrawal statement must be sent to the email address info@flowerail.com.

The product must be returned no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement.

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, complete, and, if possible, in their original packaging.

If the product has been used more than necessary for ordinary inspection or if the product is damaged, the seller may have the right to reduce the refunded amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.


Cost of Return

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for return is incorrect, defective, or damaged goods.

For international returns, the return cost depends on the customer's country of residence and the chosen return method.

Refunds

We will refund the amount paid for the goods to the same payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement.

The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned to the seller or the customer has provided proof of having sent the goods back.

If the customer chose a delivery method more expensive than the usual cheapest delivery method for the order, the seller is not obliged to compensate for the additional cost exceeding the cost of the usual cheapest delivery method.


Defective Goods and Complaints

If a product is found to be defective, please contact us by email at info@flowerail.com.

Describe the problem and, if possible, include photos of the product, packaging, and the defect.

If the defect is due to a manufacturing error or transit damage, we will resolve the situation in accordance with legal rights and obligations.

In case of a defect, the consumer may contact the seller within the period prescribed by law.

The seller is not responsible for defects caused by improper installation, use, maintenance, customer-made modifications, or normal wear and tear of the product.


Installation and Use

Flowerail must be installed and used according to the installation and measurement instructions.

The customer is responsible for checking the suitability of the window, sill, and installation location before purchase and installation.

The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the installation of Flowerail is permitted in the specific building, apartment association, rental property, or other place of use according to applicable rules, agreements, and possible restrictions.

If, after purchase, it turns out that Flowerail is not permitted to be installed in the customer's chosen installation location due to restrictions arising from the building, apartment association, landlord, local regulations, or other customer or installation location specific limitation, this is not considered a product defect or a breach of contract by the seller.

In such a case, the usual withdrawal and return conditions apply. The seller has no obligation to accept the return of the product beyond the right of withdrawal arising from law or these terms of sale.

Flowerail is only suitable for windows and installation locations that meet the specified conditions. If the installation location does not meet the requirements stated in the guide, the product may not be able to be installed safely or correctly.

The seller is not liable for damages caused by disregard of the instructions, incorrect installation, improper use of the product, or installation in an unsuitable location.


Liability

The seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods sold to the customer with the contractual terms to the extent provided by law.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing the order, including measurements and contact information.

The seller is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment of the order if caused by circumstances that the seller could not influence or foresee.


Processing of Personal Data

The seller processes the customer's personal data to fulfill orders, communicate with the customer, arrange payments and delivery, and fulfill legal obligations.

Dispute Resolution

If the customer has complaints about the online store, they should be sent to the email address info@flowerail.com.

We aim to resolve the customer's inquiry within a reasonable time.

If the customer and the seller cannot reach an agreement, the consumer has the right to contact a competent consumer dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable law.
